Camping Rules & Guidelines
|
- Speed Limit: 5 mph-enforced! WATCH FOR CHILDREN!
- Check In/Out: 12 pm daily
- Quiet Time: 10pm-7am. All guests not staying must leave by 10pm.
- Summer Office Hours: Weekdays 10am-8pm Weekends 9am-8pm.
- Trash: Please place all cigarette butts, trash and garbage in bag and tie. Use dumpsters located on the map. Do not leave trash at your site or throw cigarette butts on the ground.
- Recycling: We recycle aluminum cans. Please leave by the dumpster at the entrance.
- Sewage: Do not dump grey or black water on the ground. Use sewer hookups at your site or dump station.
- Fires: Do not move fire rings. Be responsible and do not leave fire without extinguishing. Do not put trash in fire rings. Anyone cutting trees or branches will be fined $100 per tree for damages. Firewood is available at the office for a nominal fee.
- Children: Please know where your children are and be responsible for them.
- Guests & Visitors: Must stop and register in the camp office and pay the appropriate fee.
- Alcoholic Beverages: Must be kept at your campsite and not bother your neighbors.
- Laundry and Restrooms: Built for paying guests only. Please help us keep them clean. These areas are not playgrounds for children. No smoking or pets in public buildings. We take pride in our cleanliness.
- Parking: One RV unit per campsite. Please park extra vehicles in areas designated by management.
- Firearms and Fireworks Strictly prohibited.
- Washing of Vehicles: By permission only and a fee is charged. Campground has a water treatment system.
- Vehicles: No ATV’s, mopeds, dirt bikes or go-karts. Golf carts are allowed, with licensed drivers only.
- Pets: Keep your pets on a leash at all times. Please clean up all deposits your pet makes. No “mean” pets.
- Paddleboats: $2 per hour for registered campers and paid guests. Boats are only available during office hours and must be signed out in the office before taking. Please follow posted rules and take a life jacket.
- Swimming: Beach is open during office hours. Please follow posted rules and do not leave your children unattended. No dogs on the beach. No swimming anywhere except the designated beach area. Dogs may swim off your campsite.
- Fishing: If you would like to fish, you must purchase a daily pass at the office. State fishing license is not required.
- Registered camper is responsible for all registered campers, pets and guests and leaving you campsite clean. Please follow our rules and guidelines for an enjoyable stay. We hope that you have enjoyed your stay and will visit again soon!

By Law in the State of Indiana:
|
- Every tent, RV or Custom Van is deemed a camping unit.
- Campgrounds are regulated by hotel/motel statutes and the manager has the right to evict without refunds.
- Sewer sleeves are required.
- If you cut a tree, we are entitled to collect twice the value of the tree.
